How to make the soy sauce in which there is the scent of a ume

Ume – 500g
Soy sauce – 500ml
Preparations
Calyx of a Ume is removed and it washes in cold water lightly.
Cautions: Don’t attach a crack to a Ume.
Then, it drains.
A Ume and soy sauce are put into the bottle which can be sealed,
and a lid is shut.
It puts into a refrigerator and is made to ripe half a year.
It can use for a salad dressing or Japanese noodles.
