bean paste – 500g

Preparations
Calyx of a Ume is removed and it washes in cold water lightly.
Cautions: Don’t attach a crack to a Ume.
Then, it drains.
A Ume and bean paste are put into the bottle which can be sealed,
and a lid is shut.
It is completion, when it is kept indoors and three months pass.
It can use for a Japanese noodles.
